LV item magnet quest is connected to quests incorrectly

LV item magnet is in the bq tab where you cant even make it (it requires a magnetic steel rod and you need LV electromagnetic polarizer for that) and is chained to LV electric motor quest that has nothing to do with it (edited)

ignore the Relevant log output. It's caused by github being dumb and copy-pasting stuff from the previous issue when creating a new one
