Description of the Bug

Known fix: enabling command blocks on the server
Cause: the bandit camp (when generating) is using script blocks that run commands to generate the designated buildings at the surface.

Either add a block that can run commands and bypass command blocks being disabled, or add in a way to generate structures on the surface.

This problem only exists on servers! You cannot reproduce this in singleplayer.
