Reproduction

It's hard for me to describe what's wrong here, so I'm sharing a save with the installation for getting "free salt"

I think the problem is here

our process

Issue is in sodium hydroxide + hydrogen chloride reaction. It's the only one that results in 100mb of final product instead of 50mb.
It's done in bubble column reactor. Amount of product is the same as the liquid ingredient.

Adding to that, diluted sodium carbonate may also be causing problems.
