Description of the Bug

ISSUE: "Copper Sulfate Dust" and "Copper Sulfate Solution" (flotation agent for "Impure Pentlandite Slurry") doesn't have a dedicated recipe.

SOLUTION: Add dedicated (separate) a recipe for:

"Copper Sulfate Dust - CuO + H2SO4 → CuSO4 + H2O [LV Roaster] (BALANCED REACTION)
"Copper Sulfate Solution" - 6 "Copper Sulfate Dust" + 1000L "Water" → 1000L "Copper Sulfate Solution" [LV Mixer]
And also a recipe for a new dust which is required to make "Copper Sulfate Dust":
"Copper Oxide Dust" - 1 "Copper Dust" + 1000L "Oxygen Gas" → 2 "Copper Oxide Dust" [LV Roaster]

realize you can only get that thing from some random recipe in copper concentrate line or some lead processing line
