Description of the Bug

The server pack as given (+missing mods) does not launch and I have been here for 2 days scratching my head trying to fix it.

Reproduction

1. Download server pack
2. Put server files into server (Bisect Hosting in this case)
3. Launch server...
4. Crash log

0.1.14.9

Relevant log output

Unfortunately I do not have a log with me as I am actively editing the mods folder of the sever to try and fix it.. But replicating it yourself isn't too hard.

And if it doesn't happen for you, I'll go replicate it for the logs.
