2 quests in chapter 3 are not doable with MV

The quest molecular sieve seems outdated, the text explaining how to obtain this has recipes that don't exist. The only recipe that exists for Molecular Sieve 3A Dust needs NaKA Zeolite Dust combined with clay dust in the mixer. But to obtain the NaKA Zeolite Dust you already need HV in an Ion Exchange.
The other quest that is blocked is ULPIC, the silicon wafer (ULPIC pattern) needs either a photolithography mask (ULPIC) which needs rublyiths (available in HV) or they can be crafted with MV in the advanced electron beam lithographer but to craft this machine I need fine tungsten wire, tungsten is also not available in MV.
