Ultrapure water quest chain

Description of the Bug

In the quest book, it says to make ultrapure water with a LV Ion Exchange Column, but that recipe is listed as HV.

It looks like the correct way to make ultrapure water in MV is to do Water -> LV sifter (activated carbon) -> LV vacuum ejector (+steam) -> LV fluid compressor (cellulose acetate membrane) -> LV distillery.

The quest should probably be changed to reflect the correct progression, with the sodium silicate/molecular sieve quests being replaced by activated carbon/cellulose acetate membrane quests.

Reproduction

  1. Get to MV
  2. Need ultrapure water to progress
  3. Get confused by the quest book

try running /bq_admin default load to update your questbook

You are not on the latest version and probably did not update your qb. Please make sure to have them done first.

This was fixed recently.

Well the part of that fix which changed the description of ultra pure water quest apparently didn't make it live, but the sodium silicate and molecular sieve quests are removed in that version. I would recommend doing what trainvoi said since questbooks are per world and don't update automatically
