Water buckets, when placed down, spread out, and the water that is not the source becomes a water block when you remove the source instead of disappearing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Place down a water bucket. After it stops flowing water out, remove the source block. The remaining water blocks which should disappear stay instead.

Expected behavior
What did you expect to happen before finding this bug?

The water would be completely removed when the source is removed.

I've found the cause of this and fixed it.
