Rustic Grapes don't have the middle section visible

Describe the bug
Rustic Grapes don't have the middle section visible, though the hitbox is there.

Expected behaviour
Grappe block in the middle.

Looks like I can’t fix it. It happens only when you grow the grape using bonemeal. So I’m closing it.
