Trying to join my server and it crashes

Description
I've already reinstalled the modpack. When I try to join server It says java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Recipe minecraft:wheat (net.minecraft.item.crafting.ShapedRecipes@3387d45e) produces unregistered item minecraft:wheat (net.minecraft.item.Item@376a34fb)
