
[FEATURE REQUEST] Seperate Entity and Blocklight controls

Description
At the current moment, the level of light and entity emits (even to just itself) is controlled by the blocklight settings (such as blocklight_I).
For example, someone might want to turn off blocklight to control it manually via modification of the shader pack and have every other light emitting block emit no visual light. In this case one would turn off blocklight, but it also causes entities to emit no light either, such as a mob being on fire
