Skybox doesn't have gradient

Describe the bug
The skybox doesn't transition from the darker part of the sky to the lighter part of the sky smoothly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
happens for me with just the regular install of the shaders, sodium and iris

bug seems to be fixed with the newest release
