Clouds are dark in clear weather

Describe the bug
With default settings, clouds appear dark in clear weather, when they should be white.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install Embeddium and Oculus for 1.16.5, both latest releases, and Miniature Shaders 2.14.5.
Create new world, enable shaders and look up.

Expected behavior
Clouds to be white in clear weather.
