Beacon's light beam Black/Missing

Describe the bug
- the beacon's light beam appears completely black, even though it is colored
To Reproduce
- build a beacon
Expected behavior
- I would expect the vanilla beam style to remain

- Minecraft 1.21.4, personal resource packs (I also removed the texture and the bug is still there)
- Shader version 2.14.7
- Integrated GPU (Z1 Extreme) (Yes, i play on Rog Ally)
