Hi, it is very likely that this issue is caused by mods conflicting with shaders

I found the problem, chunksfadein is not compatible, but it's okay, this mod is a beta version. And I will post an issue for that mod later.
There is another problem, when this shader works with Neat, the creatures' health bars will have small dots. Also, some items may have small spots on the surface, such as the door and dog in the picture.

I don't provide support for mod-related problems, it is not Noble's job to support the mods, but it is the mods' job to support Noble. Thanks for reporting your issue anyways.
