[Bug] Billboarding displays incorrectly in newer versions of Minecraft

In both Optifine and Iris on versions 1.21.3 and 1.21.4 respectively, billboarding doesn't display images correctly and stretches them.
First image is taken in Minecraft 1.20.6 using Iris. Second image is taken in Minecraft 1.21.4 using Iris. Third image is taken in Minecraft 1.21.3 using Optifine.
