I did some testing with mine since I was having the same issue, it seems to be coming from the floodfill lighting option. Switching the sample mode from "linear" to "nearest" fixed it for me

I am getting this issue on 1.20.1, shrimple 0.11

Switching floodfill sample mode to nearest fixes the visual glitch, however mine looks different from the original post, but still flickering.
