Distant horizons rendered beacon's Z-ordering is incorrect

When using Distant horizons, beacons render behind terrain.

Correct behavior (using the default shader):

The issue is likely related to the Z-ordering of DHs terrain meshes and the beacon mesh being incorrectly ordered
