Shaderpack Failed to load

When entering the Nether for the first time.
composite3.fsh: composite3.fsh: 0(119) : error C1503: undefined variable "noisetex"
0(120) : error C1503: undefined variable "noisetex"
Resetting to any default profile and then re-enabling the shader seems to fix it
Addendum: Saving my custom config to a file, switching to a Preset, and then re-importing causes it to revert back to Failed to Load.
Addendum 2: I think I may have found the culprit: Disabling "Light Fog" causes it to break in the Nether. Enabling "Light Fog" and it works like as usual.
Addendum 3: Enabling "Cloud Shadows" and returning from The End it breaks until Cloud Shadows is disabled:
