Why should it be changed

Narrator can be triggered when pushing CTRL + B which tends to confuse/annoy end-users in case default keybinds were changed and they end up pressing the wrong keys at same time to toggle between narrator modes.

Additional details

This kind of suggestion may be considered opinionated given that there are end-users who have visibility issues which in this case they need the keybind to function properly as otherwise they have to visit Options -> Accessibility Settings to manage it.

I think it is a balancing act.
The modpack disables the "setup screen", so the hotkey can be useful for enabling it afterwards, and it is what I suggest users to do in the accessibility wiki page.
Additionally, B and surrounding keys are not defined by default, so Ctrl+B should rarely be pressed accidentally.
