[Fast Better Grass] Incompatible with "Full Paths" mod

Describe the bug

Using it with the Fast Better Grass resourcepack causes gap glitches with path blocks and other surrounding blocks, despite now taking up a full block:

  • This bug report is about an issue with the modpack itself, I have not modified the mods nor added any resource packs. If this is not the case, I know that I should post the issue to modpack's Discord support channel instead.

Fast Better Grass changes the dirt path model to achieve this effect without mods:

Therefore, it makes sense that a mod that also changes the model would have conflicts.
As the resource pack does this intentionally, I would not like to change the behaviour.

Therefore, you have two options:

  • In the pack, delete /assets/minecraft/models/block/dirt_path.json
  • Use a mod like BetterGrassify instead of the resource pack
