What config to change
A proposal was made that FO could include some more information about its contents in-game. What, how and why should that be done?
After some thoughts in Discord, an idea came up to:
- Enable accessibility setup screen
- Change its text to a guide
- Disable the narrator jumpscare by nulling the narrator string
Why should it be changed
- Changes like #968 may be good for new users but change expectations for existing ones, so they should be made aware
- New and important features can be advertised here
- More actionable text can be written compared to listing descriptions
- Instantly translatable

- This is a request to change the configuration of the modpack, whether by adjusting vanilla settings, mod settings, instance structure or something else. This is not a request for new features that do not already exist in added mods.
