I might’ve deleted that previous response I made by accident but was wondering are you using the default dark mode resource pack 1.20.2+? If you don’t know what I mean, I will try to explain.

1.20.2+ of the resource pack is broken in 1.20.0-1.20.1 which results in the tabs to not change.
use the 1.20.1 version of Default Dark Mode in https://github.com/arichornloverALT/Default-Dark-Mode/releases/download/2024.6.25-beta/Default-Dark-Mode-1.20.0+1.20.1-2024.6.25.zip
this is a forked version with more content.
and I’ll be adding the arrow buttons support later.
