Can you be specific to which textures of this Mod you would want me to modify? I would do it since I’m one of the Contributors of the Default Dark Theme resource pack.

Well it’s In my pull request in this repository so not fully committed unless it gets merged by NebuIr. Those Plaques I modified for the Dark Mode was shown in the video above, do you think it looks great? Sorry for the dumb question, the Plaque textures aren’t the same like any of the other GUIs I’ve done so far.
