there's a small error in the crimson_fungus.json causing the crimson fungus to have the warped fungus model:

Thanks for the report, fixed in 6a80cd7 on both 1.21.8 & snapshot branches, the fix will be available on Curseforge/Modrinth in the next release (early september)
