Ok. I found out that the mod, MCA: Reborn is not compatible with the resource pack which is weird. It's disabling the player skin's animations which is a bummer. Don't know if it's the resource pack's problem or the mod's but it's prolly the mod's.

Gonna send a request to the mca author as well.
