Whenever you play with Fresh Moves and the Essentials mod installed, performing an emote from the Essentials mod causes the cape to stay static and float in the air. Normally, without Fresh Moves, doing any emote would allow for the cape to follow along with the player. The Fresh Moves mod, however, prevents this.
