When using the 2x2 Eyelashes eyes and looking down the top pixels of the eyelashes stay in place and do not move down with the rest of the eyes. This also applies when the "shifty eyes" animation plays.

While they work perfectly fine when looking upwards or straight ahead

To confirm, this is the skin file:

Perhaps this is intended behavior or I'm missing something, but I kind of doubt it.
It's happened on every single skin I attempted to use 2x2 eyelashes on.
