on the 'alive' team:

• colors are lime
  on the 'dead' team:
• colors are dark gray
• any player on the dead team who for some reason isn't in the null dimension is warped back, inventory cleared, and effects reset
• this should hopefully prevent anyone from using exploits to leave the null dimension
  health bar should be shown for alive players on tab list
