Maybe if I used F3 before opening the issue i could have noticed that those blocks are from compat mods : dtbyg and dtbop

EDIT
Context: I'm making a 1.19.2 modpack so I was interested in BYG and DTBYG foliage.
I fixed my problems, there wasn't a dtbyg folder and dtbop was missing an entry (maybe more but I have to check).

Yes

One example: dtbwg:prairie_oak_leaves are not bushy, although dtbwg:baobab_leaves, located at the back, bushy

dtbop:sparse_oak_leaves and dtbop:dark_poplar_leaves as examples of leaves from bop which are also not bushy
