buggy glass pane textures when facing east

When using the latest version (V4), glass panes have a bugged texture when facing east. They are normal when facing any other direction, but affect all stained glass panes as well as the normal ones. There is no effect on full glass blocks or any other connected texture. There are pictures below for reference:
Currently, the workaround I have is to use the most recent update before V4 (V3), until an update that fixes this is released.
I'll look into it whilst also decreasing the amount of redundent textures whilst looking at implementing a solution to the top/bottom culling

That is a known issue that I have tried fixing before. The top and bottom culling is the main last bit that I would like fixing but I am unaware of any api to fix it except something hardcoded with optifine which is incompatible.
Ive been busier and kinda forgot about the resourcepack
im actually working towards fixing the crash in V5 now

Theres been a new fusion api feature which means this is patched in V6
