Yeah, it's a stupid question, but I don't have access to MC, so I can't just check. xD

Compared to the cartography or fletching table textures it seems that the vault top needs to be rotated by 180 degrees, so that the features could meet at the front. So I'm wondering whether the top is actually intended to "point away" from the front.

Background: Pixel Perfection textures have been used (hopefully with proper attribution) by various Luanti (formerly Minetest) projects to recreate MC features and while working on https://codeberg.org/mineclonia/mineclonia/pulls/1597) I stumbled upon this visual mismatch.
