Using the recipe's from wiki, nothing appears when trying to craft any pokecube's. Note this is a screenshot from in-game crafting table, not the website. I tried with both charcoal and coal and in creative & survival modes.

Wiki is outdated, check the recipes in JEI, wiki needs updating, I might have time to do that after next weekend unless someone gets it done first

I mostly use JEI, even have it in dev enviromnent for the purpose of dealing with recipes, it has a bunch of useful info in it
