There is a 1.21.X port of More Villagers mod for NeoForge & Fabric: https://modrinth.com/mod/more-villagers-re-employed. It adds two new villagers too.

Will there be an update for the RS - More Villagers Compat data pack?

The original mod seems to be abandoned.

They merged compat into their mod now

I rather have 1.21.1+ have the compat built into More Villager mod itself
