To edit weapon damage, magazine size, ammo types, recipes, etc. Extract it, and in the scorched_guns folder, will be a guns and recipe folder with jsons of all the guns, opening those in a (suggested an advanced text editor, ie; visual studio code, notepad plus) text editor will allow all values to be changed. Then just throw it into your datapacks folder in your world and make sure it is active and run /reload if ingame.
