Add these sounds to command blocks and make a system on how to activate these automatically etc.
To play the sounds: /stopsound @a master foldername:audiofilename
To stop the sounds: /playsound foldername:audiofilename master @a ~ ~ ~ [radius]
If you set the radius to 1000, it is really loud. So I'd recommend 250 - 500 so it's loud enough but not too loud.
