i wanted to ask somebody how to turn on the tooltips,because i cant figure it out myself,im sorry for this dumb question

If you mean the tooltip/selection golden outlines, #they where added in the newer versions around 1.21.4, older ones don't support it

It isn't supported in that version i can't release those specific features for that version, there's some glitchy workarounds i won't use, tooltips and selections were added in 1.21.2
