Something I've just found in the 5.1.3 item pool, although a "git blame" suggest this has been present since 5.0.

At first glace, it seems like a simple thing to fix, however I am very uncertain of the implications of doing this, with regards to the card generation algorithm and the potential of causing a different card to now be generated the same seed, compared to before the fix.
