Welcome to the World of Harry Potter!
Version 7
This is my first mega creation based off the amazing books of Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. I have been working on this for project for over four years, and the map has finally been finished on its seventh update! All of the buildings are based off of references from the Harry Potter books and everything looks as closely to how I imagined it as I could make it. The map does not require any mods or texture packs to play and is up to date with the latest 1.8 Minecraft version.
Map Includes: Hogwarts, the Quidditch Pitch, the lake, the Whomping Willow, Hagrid's Cabin, the Forbidden Forest, greenhouses, Hogsmeade, Hogsmeade Station, secret passages, Platform 9 3/4, miniature London, King's Cross Station, the Leaky Cauldron, Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley, the Gringotts Vaults, the Ministry of Magic, the Chamber of Secrets, St. Mungo's Hospital, No. 12 Grimmauld Place, Azkaban, Ottery St. Catchpole, the Burrow, Little Whinging (NEW!), Godric's Hollow (NEW!), Malfoy Manor (NEW!), Shell Cottage (NEW!).
Some places are hard to find so I've made instructional videos to help you if you get lost.
Version 7 Fixes: decorated exterior of Hogwarts, made Hogwarts bigger, added towers to Hogwarts, refurnished many rooms of Hogwarts, re-numbered classrooms, added animals and villagers to map, monster-proofed areas and roofs, added more courtrooms, improved Ministry of Magic, built high security Gringotts Vaults, added graveyard to Azkaban, made Hagrid's cabin smaller, refurbished Knockturn Alley and Diagon Alley.
Planned:
Last but not least, adventure maps for books 1-7!
