Input not releasing after using close button

Using the close button does not prevent the user from continuing to type in the window.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open notes window
  • Type some text
  • Use the close button on the window
  • Attempt to type more text
  • Open notes window
  • View text that is in the wrong place
