The table holding names of rare mobs in French and Russian need to be updated according to the new table format (with zone name, area name and coordinates).

If not hard to curseforge, under the localization of the field, I'll try to add.

The reason for the radar screen to be red and the lack of coordinates are probably that we need to update the tables with russian names of zones and areas.
In the screenshot you provided I also see an error. I'll try to fix that.
