Taking the initial concept of the "Gods of War" map from the prima strategy guide for the original starcraft currently in the planning stage. There will be three "Gods" which you shall be able to pledge your allegiance to at the beginning of the game. They are Jim Raynor the Financier who gains a bonus 5 minerals and gas for every unit killed by his followers, Kerrigan the War Monger who summons two fully upgraded Zerglings for every 5 units killed by her followers, and Zeratul the Warp Magister who has placed four special warp points that cannot be destroyed and allow him to warp in units from his warp gate. The map design is that of a basic 4 pronged map with a large area in the center. In the center of the map there is an ancient shrine to each god. Simply bring a worker unit to this shrine and make an offering of minerals and gas to give your god a physical form for 30 seconds or until their physical form. Be warned this will have a hefty cool down on it not sure how long though. Later versions of this map may come to light where it will support as many as up to 8 players. There will also be several floating island/platform expansions which you may take.
