Currently, it can occur that sims are being show as being too late for work right after they were taken under control. Other times they show their next shift in like 20 hours even though they should be at work right at this moment.

The "late for work" notification is a bit confusing and since the game also doesn't provide the "send to work" button in this state, is also annoying. The game should always just show the next shift and ignore the current one so players do not have to care about this when taking control of a random sim.

Career data and the current location of Sims outside the active household don't display properly when you take control of them.
