When a player controls an NPC and tries to call over another sim, the other sim never comes. The usual behavior for normal household sims is that sims which have been called over will come close to the calling sim more or less immediately.

This seems to only happen sometimes. Until now, I was only once able to reproduce the issue.

There have been no further reports of this issue.
