Getting the following errors when launching on the latest stable version of SMAPI and figured these should be addressed with SMAPI 3.0 on the horizon.

[SMAPI] Auto-Eat will break in the upcoming SMAPI 3.0 (legacy events are deprecated since SMAPI 2.9).
[SMAPI] Auto-Eat will break in the upcoming SMAPI 3.0 (non-string manifest version is deprecated since SMAPI 2.8).

Luckily, in this case, all the heavy lifting has been done in #2 and you just have to push out the new build! :)
