[Lookup Anything] add incomplete bundles to item lookup

When looking up an item, show incomplete community bundles which need it. This should only be shown if the player hasn't demolished the community centre with Joja.
Discussed on the forums (see 2016-10-14 and 2016-10-17).
Done in the upcoming 1.6 release via 5992aca:
