[Tractor Mod] fix support for setting tools as custom attachments for weapons

When you set a tool as a custom attachment to use it as a weapon, it doesn't apply and an error occurs (see sample log).

Sample config:

 "CustomAttachments": ["Iridium Axe", "Iridium Hoe", "Iridium PickAxe", "Scythe", "Galaxy Sword"],

Fixed in the upcoming Tractor Mod 4.9.
