[Small Beach Farm] ocean fishing always gives trash in 1.4

Some users report that fishing ocean tiles on the Small Beach Farm only produces trash since Stardew Valley 1.4.

Reported on Nexus (see report A and report B).

Fixed in develop for the upcoming Small Beach Farm 1.4.2.
