[Content Patcher] Split-Screen Bug

Describe the bug
If changing to custom language or German This makes it impossible to play local co-op.
To Reproduce
- Install Thai mod w/ requirements.
- Create a save for local co-op
- Press the 'Start' button to start local co-op.
- Error occurs.
