Mods fail to load around 80% of the time. [TMXLoader] [Android]

Around 80% of the time when launching the game i get this issue, https://smapi.io/log/e7c95d5f76144fba8376500be8511f81 20% of the time it works with no errors. disabling this mod fixes the issue.
